Yesterday, I was at City Hall to pay a parking ticket. Fun... Anyway, I had to take a dump so I did. The bathroom had two ply toilet paper (the expensive stuff). Two ply toilet paper for Mick Wissleads (Macomb's Mayor) precious ass! This chaps my own ass! ISU, WIU, MHS and etcetera need money, but no, money that could go well spent on education is spent on Mick Wisslead and his butt buddies toilet-side pleasure.
